At KESRI FOUNDATION – EMPOWERING LIVES, we strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients, participants, and students. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully, as they apply to all services, courses, workshops, and programs provided through our platform.
1. Counseling Services
Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your counseling session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in being charged the full session fee.
Refunds for Counseling Services: Refunds for prepaid counseling sessions are not available. In case of any cancellations from our side, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
2. Workshops and Courses
Cancellations by Participants: If you are unable to attend a workshop or course:
7 days prior to the event: You are eligible for a full refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the event: Cancellations within this time frame may result in a partial refund, subject to a deduction for administrative and preparation costs. No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the event.
Cancellations by KESRI FOUNDATION: If a workshop or course is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
3. Internship Programs
Cancellation by Participants: Due to the nature of our internship programs, fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced. If you wish to withdraw before the start of the program, a partial refund may be issued, with deductions for administrative costs.
Program Cancellation by KESRI FOUNDATION: In the event that an internship program is canceled, participants will receive a full refund or may opt for a spot in a future program.
4. Online Courses
Self-paced Courses: All purchases of self-paced online courses are final. Once access to the course material is granted, refunds will not be available.
Instructor-led Online Courses: For live online courses with instructors:
7 days prior to the start of the course: Full refunds are available.
Less than 7 days before the course begins: A partial refund may be provided, subject to administrative fees.
After the course has started: No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
5. Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. In cases where refunds cannot be made via the original method, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the participant.
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. KESRI FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all services, workshops, courses, and programs moving forward.
