Participants must be 18 years or older to register for our courses, internship programs, and workshops unless otherwise specified. For counseling services, clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy

Personal information provided during consultations or through the website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. 4. Payment Terms
All services, courses, and workshops must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by KESRI FOUNDATION. For internships, any applicable fees will be clearly stated in the program details.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Counseling Services: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Workshops and Courses: A full refund is available if canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Internship Programs: Fees are non-refundable after program commencement.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants in our courses, workshops, and internship programs are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through our services and website, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and written content, are the intellectual property of KESRI FOUNDATION.
